SOFTWARE_ Revit. Adobe Creative Suite.
DESIGN PERIOD_ March 2020 - October 2021.

233 Geary Street is the adaptive reuse of a prominent historic department store, on Union Square in San Francisco. This project will bring back some of the lost glamour of the flagship location of I.Magnin’s department store, designed in a streamline moderne style by master architect Timothy Pflueger. The scheme calls for converting the currently underutilized building into three levels of retail, four levels of office, and three levels of condos topped by two extensive amenity roof decks. The white Vermont marble facades will be fully restored and enhanced with new windows.
